Tomer Broude, Senior Lecturer, Hebrew University of Jerusalem

Tomer Broude is a Senior Lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the Faculty of Law and Department of International Relations, and the Academic Director of the Minerva Center for Human Rights. He is an expert on international economic law and its interaction with the rights of immigrants and refugees. He is involved in the drafting and promotion of the International Migrants' Bill of Rights, a project led by Georgetown University, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the London School of Economics. He is one of the founders of the Society of International Economic Law and is a member of its Executive Council, as well as a member of the International Law Association's Committee on the International Law of Sustainable Development.
