The Right to Work (2009)

 

Fifth Colloquium on Challenges in International Refugee Law convened in November 2009 at the University of Michigan Law School, lead by visiting professor Pene Mathew. This colloquium addressed the right to work for refugees and asylum seekers in the country of arrival. Guest experts and Michigan Law students collaboratively worked toward the adoption of the "Michigan Guidelines on the Right to Work."
