Add a National Site
The Refugee Caselaw Site is interested in expanding its collection to include leading decisions interpreting the refugee definition in additional asylum states.
Our preferred model is for cases to be selected by a team comprised of one decision-maker (judge or member of a relevant tribunal) and one academic or senior practitioner. Each team of National Coordinators makes a two-year commitment (unpaid) to the project, and agrees to consult not less than twice each year to identify and upload new cases for their country into the Refugee Caselaw Site. Training and technical support are provided.
If you would be interested in serving as a National Coordinator for your country, or wish to make a nomination for that position, please fill in the form or contact the
Aministrator
of the Refugee Caselaw Site.
