Florian Newald
Mag. Newald is currently a Judge of the High Court for Asylum. Prior to this he was a member of the Independent Federal Asylum Board (UBAS) and has also previously worked as a research officer at the Austrian Constitutional Court and in various courts in Vienna, and served as an assistant to Prof. Attila Fenyves (Institute for Civil Law, Vienna University's School of Law).
