Ms. Zederman is the head of the legal department for the Refugee Appeals Board in France, responding to all questions regarding refugee and administrative law as well as interpreting the recent right to asylum law. She also organizes special hearings whose purpose is to settle points of law that have no precedent case law ensuring consistency with existing case law.
