Thomas Spijkerboer
Mr. Spijkerboer is Professor of Migration Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His publications include Vluchtelingenrecht (with Ben Vermeulen, 1995, 1997, 1999), Gender and Refugee Status (2000), and Het hoger beroep in Vreemdelingenzaken (2002). He is a member of the editorial board of Rechtspraak Vreemdelingenrecht, Jurisprudentie Vreemdelingenrecht, and the European Journal of Migration and Law, and also a member of the Odysseus network for legal studies on immigration and asylum law in Europe.
