CanadaThis National Site collects leading decisions from the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) and Federal Court (FC). Supreme Court and Federal Court of Appeal decisions are located in the Core Collection. The National Coordinators for Canada are: Sharryn AikenSharryn Aiken is an assistant professor in the faculty of law at Queen's University where she teaches immigration and refugee law, administrative law, and international human rights. Formerly a practicing lawyer, she has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in a number of precedent-setting refugee cases, including Suresh v. Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. Prof. Aiken is a past president of the Canadian Council for Refugees and presently serves as editor-in-chief of Refuge, an interdisciplinary journal on forced migration.Contact Sharryn Aiken.
