Manoj  Kumar Sinha

Manoj Kumar Sinha completed his Ph.D. in International Law from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham. His writings on international law, human rights, refugee law and international humanitarian law have been published in reputed Indian and International Law journals. He was offered prestigious visiting Professorship at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, Lund, Sweden, for (2004-2005). Recently, he joined the WB National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata as Professor of Law in 2009 and is also serving as Director of the Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi.
