Japan's Most Recent Decision

The most recent decision added to the Japan site is A.K. v Ministry of Justice et al., a decision rendered in Japan by the High Courts on Wednesday, August 30, 2006, involving an applicant from Myanmar. A brief summary of the facts of the case is: Rohingya man feared further torture and denial of citizenship by Burma military due to ethnicity, but possessed Burma passport.
