Constantin Hruschka
Dr. Constantin Hruschka works for UNHCR in Germany. In his function he provides (inter alia) training on the 1951 Convention and on European refugee law and its impact on the national practice. Before joining UNHCR in 2004 Dr Hruschka has worked as a lawyer and as a scientific researcher at the Universities of Munich and Würzburg. He has written on international refugee law and its impact on the national aliens law, as well as on several legal aspects of the European asylum system.
